Samaritans

When life is difficult, Samaritans are there – day or night, 365 days a year. You can call them free on 116 123, email them at jo@samaritans.org, or visit samaritans.org for details about local drop ins.

 

Shout

Shout 85258 is a free, confidential, anonymous text support service. You can text us from wherever you are in the UK. Offering support for a range of things including anxiety, depression, grief, and suicidal thoughts.
