Housing Manager for Torbay and Plymouth

We are excited to announce the launch of our new housing projects in Torbay and Plymouth, and are seeking a dedicated Housing Manager to lead this initiative.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals transitioning from supported accommodation or the Care System, helping them build independent and fulfilling futures.

As the Housing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Housing Projects, ensuring that young people receive the support they need to maintain stable accommodation and engage with an innovative employment and education programme. You will lead and inspire your team of staff, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and compliance with our policies and procedures.

• Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
• £38,000 per annum
