Tenancy Support Officer – £25,000 per annum, Full Time (37.5 hours per week), generous annual leave entitlement, employee health plan scheme and other added benefits.

We are looking for a Tenancy Support Officer to join our professional team in our new project, YMCA Exeter Sidwell Studios. In this role, you will engage with the community of Sidwell Studios and seek to provide assistance and signposting to help any tenant who may need support in managing their accommodation.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting group sessions and activities with our young people and helping to facilitate the smooth running of our Housing Services.

Youth and Communities Worker – £22,500 per annum (pro rata), Part-time (15 hours per week), generous annual leave, employee health plan and other added benefits.

We are looking for a Youth & Communities Worker to join our professional team in our growing youth work project serving the Broadclyst Parish, including Westclyst and Tithebarn. In this role, you will assist the Communities Projects and Youth Work Coordinator with running a number of open access youth clubs, mentoring interventions and community development and liaison initiatives.  

Under the direction of an experienced manager and as part of a close supportive team, you will also be responsible for assisting group sessions and activities with our young people and helping to facilitate the smooth running of our youth work project.

Charity Trustee – In this voluntary role, you will join our Board of Non-Executive Directors and will support and help shape YMCA Exeter.

We are looking for exceptional individuals who can impart their expertise, gifts and wisdom in order that the Christian mission of YMCA Exeter continues to be realised through our daily work and ministry.

This role will involve attending evening board meetings, usually two per quarter throughout the calendar year. You will also have the opportunity to make a greater impact through joining one of our development or finance sub-committees. This role will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
