Based within the parish that Trinity Church serves, you’ll play a key role in outreach and discipleship among young families, helping them feel connected, encouraged and rooted in community.
Lead group sessions, activities, and trips that help young people build confidence, learn new skills, and find a sense of belonging as they move toward independent living.
This is a brilliant opportunity to play a vital role in helping young people take their next step into supported accommodation. You’ll be at the heart of the referral process — coordinating applications, scheduling interviews, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
